Sal butter holds a high amount of naturally occurring stearic and oleic acids. It's these properties that give this butter its unique, firm texture. Sal butter has similar properties to cocoa butter and will soften and spread easily on the skin. Its composition makes it a great choice to use to stabilize formulations.
